Welcome to xz777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xz777.im ("xz777", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of xz777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the xz777 platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. xz777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time — the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when changes were last made.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players accessing xz777 and to all games, bonuses, payment transactions, and communications on the platform. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions — those will be clearly communicated at the point of the offer.

To open an account on xz777 and access real-money gaming, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xz777 operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify your age using the information provided during registration or through additional KYC documentation when required.

Each player may hold only one active account on xz777. If you have lost access to a previous account, please contact our support team at support@xz777.im to recover it — do not create a new account. Multi-accounting is treated as a serious violation and will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonuses, and review of any withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for keeping your xz777 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. xz777 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

• You must update your account details promptly if any information changes, particularly your mobile number and payment method details.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately — we will assist with securing your account.
• xz777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits within it to another person.
• xz777 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, or a pattern of bonus abuse.

xz777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees via the following payment methods. All deposits are credited directly to your PKR wallet balance:

All funds deposited on xz777 must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including other people's Easypaisa or JazzCash wallets — are not permitted. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

xz777 does not hold your deposit funds for investment purposes. Player balances are maintained in ring-fenced accounts, separate from xz777 operational funds. Your PKR balance is yours and is available for gameplay or withdrawal at any time subject to any active wagering requirements.

xz777 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement, not a restriction on your access to funds. If you need to withdraw to a different method, contact support and we will guide you through the verification process.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay typically process within 5–20 minutes.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same working day (Monday–Friday, standard Pakistani banking hours).
• xz777 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard withdrawal amounts. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own standard charges — those are outside our control.
• If your account has an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, the bonus amount and associated winnings are not withdrawable until the requirements are met. Your real-money balance remains withdrawable at any time.
• xz777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is standard KYC practice and is in place to protect your funds.

xz777 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonus offers are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus rules:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have verified their mobile number and, where applicable, their identity on xz777.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) amount before it can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in the offer terms — typical range is 20x to 40x.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, card games, and roulette may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• xz777 reserves the right to remove bonuses or void associated winnings from any account showing signs of bonus abuse, including coordinated play, stake manipulation, or exploitation of promotional conditions.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute, xz777 will refer to the game provider's server logs as the authoritative record of what occurred.

• All bets placed on xz777 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted except where the game's own rules permit pre-round cancellation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each game and table. These limits may vary between variants and between standard and VIP tables.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — including disconnection, server timeout, or display error — xz777 will restore the session to the state recorded at the point of failure using server logs. No bets are lost due to xz777 technical errors.
• If a game round is voided due to a provider-side technical issue, all stakes for that round are returned to the player's xz777 balance in full.
• xz777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be temporarily removed for maintenance or permanently discontinued by the provider without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xz777. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances (where legally permitted), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on xz777, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your xz777 account.
• Attempting to launder money through gameplay on xz777. We are legally required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games or tournaments.
• Using any software, bot, automated system, or algorithmic tool to interact with xz777 games without human player input.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error will be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xz777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any xz777 content without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or automated access to xz777 systems is prohibited.

xz777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

• xz777 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end, including mobile data disruptions, router failures, or ISP outages in Pakistan.
• xz777 is not responsible for any taxation obligations you may have on gambling winnings in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local tax obligations.
• xz777's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the balance in that player's account at the time of the claim.
• xz777 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

xz777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on xz777, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

We collect information necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your xz777 account data is stored securely and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and at rest.
